Whatever the season, Serra, which translates to “greenhouse” in Italian, keeps you warm with a retractable glass roof. This includes winter, spring, summer, and monsoon. Situated on the terrace of the Paulis Business Tower in Webel More, the glass-enclosed café offers a stunning view of the Sector V skyline.

“People typically think of rooftop haunts in relation to drinking, but our goal is distinct. Our target demographic is broad, ranging from friends getting together for a casual conversation to working professionals and college students.
